To make an exchange or a return, just follow these steps: - Please contact us within 90 days at sales@Marumbi.com or at 801-891-3192 with the problem and your order number and we will email you an RMA number.
- The item(s) must be in new, unused condition.
- Package the items(s), including all tags and packaging that came with the product and write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are shipping it in. Do not write on or alter the original packaging the items come in. If this is altered, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
- We recommend you send your package via UPS with a tracking number; please do not send COD- we will not accept the package.
- We will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise. and verification of it's condition.
